PSO BB is a lot of fun, but the controls are painful at times. I'll need to be able to quickly trade weapons and whatnot.

For this, I shall need a controller. n_n

Anyone know a good one I can buy for a fair price? Or, do they have adaptors that would let you use a GC controller? I hope so. >_>;

good pc gamepads are a myth. the do not exist.

i think u can get adopters for gc/ps2/xbox controllers but i can't tell u where exactly u can get em.

though i think its possible to get knock off pads that just look exactly gc pads.

PEACE!!!

Lik-Sang.com has adapters that'll let you connect GameCube or even Dreamcast controllers to a PC.

Mind you though, avoid getting a Microsoft Sidewinder gamepad. Just a straight left, right, up or down nearly doesn't exist with it, and it'll screw you up (I can't tell you how many times I've died playing Mega Man 3 on an emulator because the stupid thing doesn't know right from down).

I've found that the Nyko AirFlo PC is a relatively nice controller.

I poked around the site, and found ones for PS2, but not GameCube. I suppose I could search under GameCube stuff...

The AirFlo is the one with the A/C grip, right? http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

EDIT: Here we go: http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=76&products_id=4532& Nice, and it's only 20 bucks. 'Course, shipping will kill me. >_>;

I've had no problems with my Gravis Gamepad Pro. Its completely digital and it looks like a PS controller, with two L/R shoulder buttons and layout. I don't PC game much, but the time spent with it was nice. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Incorrect.

I use this (http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=11,CONTENTID=5021) and it works perfectly. The only downsides are the second it takes to connect when you start using it (which isn't a problem when you're playing games, since you'll have started it up beforehand) and the occasional incorrect signal when the batteries are almost dead.

But eh, get rechargables. Four AAs will last you about 30 or so hours of playtime (with the rumble turned on), and by then, you'll have another set of rechargable batteries ready for use.

mmmmm i'll admit that it looks quite functional dude, and as long as your happy using it thats all that matters.

personally ive had more than my fair share of game pads for my pc over the years, and each one is worse than the last. besides ive became quite acustomed to using keyboards for pretty much everygame.

PEACE!!!
