Serial # Probs for DC (Please Help)

Well, my good friend XTC_CHOC from here is having a few problems getting online. Everytime he tries to get online, it says someone is using his # already. Is there any way to remedy this problem? Also, from Australia the SEGA line always seems to be busy, so he can't talk to anyone. Is there an international number anyone knows of? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Aaa, I'm pretty sure there's a 1-800 number somewhere in the packaging...

Heke, did you get the game from eBay or something similar? If the original owner plays it online, even only once, aaa, the serial number is taken and registered, thus cannot be used again.

If you did get it from eBay, you can call up SEGA at their 1-800 number and have tham reset it. I think it's 1-800-USA-SEGA but aaa, don't blame me if you get Grandmothers Anonymous, keke.
