How do I find them?

Arg..ok, I see you're new here, so I'll be nice. -_-

Basically, you just complete all stages of c-mode with a time under 7hrs (or 5hrs for Ep2) and you get to pick from an S-rank weapon.

I guess you're probably still wondering what c-mode is exactly..you should read the various guides, and also check out the c-mode/battle forum.
