Why do I keep recieving the same shields?!

You are suppose to get all four god shields through cmode right? Well all I keep getting are Byakko and Genbu... I need Suzuku and what's the other one.

isn't it offline a/b ranks get the ones you're missing and the online ones are the ones you have.

Byakko and Genbu are online A and B rank for Episode I.
Suzuku and Seiryuu are offline A and B rank for Episode I.
