It's from the Sega Gals collection. I do not think they make them any more, but if you find them they do have another phantasy star character (Nei v2) which I am looking for. Aside from that you can buy the miniature capsule toys for the whole cast of characters, just try google searching for "phantasy star online capsule" without the quotes.

EDIT: found a link where you can get the whole sega gals 6 piece set, if your willing to pay 20 some odd dollars. http://www.abctoy4me.com/s4904790930065.html
