I don't know, I really like the theme for River Belle Path in Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles. Very calm, and soothing. Quite a lovely song.

I also liked most of the music in FFVI. The Serpent Trench theme was way too short, but definetly one of my favorites. The town music and Techno de Chocobo were awesome. And the famous opera scene was cool, also.

EDIT: Ian's listings reminded me of so of the music I had liked in FFVI.

This is interesting because as soon as I woke up this morning, I put on my FF Anthology soundtrack and listened to some exremely old-school music. The music itself is absolutely beautiful, but the instruments could use some serious work... I'd love to hear any Final Fantasy soundtrack re-done by a big orchestra or something though! I think they may have re-done some of the songs with an orchestra, one I know of for sure was the one I listed earlier: "One Winged Angel" from FF7. Er... They're the same piece, just noting both names for the character. >_>; In the Japanese version, Terra was Tina. Much like Sabin was Mash, etc...

Personally, I'm not too fond of the vocal version, the woman's voice is too deep for my tastes. I prefer the original game version and the piano version.

As for FF music, the boss music from FFIV/II. It may be the stage/mini boss music though too. It's the one that plays in the last level when you fight the Behemoths and the gaurdians of the last weapons. And if Secret of Mana counts, Danger, A Curious Happening and Oracle.

There are two pieces that are my absolute fav. The first one is 1,000 Words [the longer version that plays when you have complete FF X-2].

The second if the music that plays when Aries is killed in FF7 [I think it's her theme] and you fighting Jovah [or whatever its called] and that music continues throughout the battle... so, so, sad... *cough* Has anyone got a tissue I seem to have some dust in my eye and someones cuttin' onions too *sobs uncontrollably*

Actually I just slowed down my posting on most websites I post at. I post at different ones mainly now, but still not a lot. I was here a LONG time ago. I dont even remember when I joined but it was back when PSO1 was on DC I remember that much lol. I dont really play PSO anymore, not since FFXI came out on PC last Oct. Thats pretty much taken over a lot of my time as well lol. I just recently hit lvl 55 with my Redmage, and need to level ninja up 3 more levels to have an appropriate sub, and Im also working on raising BlackMage because Im tired of asking people for warp lol.

yeah thats what I want to get up there, im tired of asking people lol. ill eventually build them all up, but its so hard and frustrating to go back to being a weakling when you were so much more powerful earlier (as your higher lvl).
