Help!!!! DHCP Problem.

Hello, when trying to get online PSO I get this error message that states, "Could not connect to network faild to create an IP address from DHCP. DHCP server may not exist or may be down." Can someone please help me. Thanks.

i assume that you have a router or dhcp server running
if you can still access the net by pc, then gc's ip is having problem
check the router dhcp/ip table to see if gc's mac is on it
remove it & try to get online again should help

i get that everytime i reboot my CG. i try once and it fails, every time after that it will connect.
by the way i have a router.

I got the same thing at least once last night (can't remember), and now I'm getting "(No. 15) Connection attempt failed. Failed to retrieve IP address from DHCP."

It worked fine two days ago.

Please help me, too!

Edit: P.S. What is a DHCP? I'd like to know, for future cases...

Edit 2: I just found out that our internet was shut off temporarily (something w/ the bills, I would imagine), in case that has anything to do w/ it.
