I'm trying to signup for PSO BB, but when I go to the website (https://ipas.isao.net/signup_pso/psobb/top.cgi) and click the top left button, it says "Please use a browser that supports Japanese." I already downloaded Japanese with Language Pack at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/ime/install.mspx (I have Windows ME), but it doesn't seem to be working. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
Edit: When I use Mozilla Firefox, the Japanese displays okay, but it still says that tells me to use a Japanese-enabled browser. Why? Thank you.
