Unsealed door quest

So.. I'm trying to find dr. Montague in this unsealed door quest. So i completed the following quests :
Battle Training
Claiming a Stake
Magnitude of Metal
Secret Delivery

Then I wanted to do Doc's secret plan.. but it wasn't there :'(. Why wasn't it there ? what did i do wrong ?

yeah i did what it said.. but 'Doc's secret plan' isn't there..

I don't know if this'll help.. but have you unlocked caves in that difficulty? .... (I have all of the quests beat but I beat the levels first so I don't remember if it made any difference, though, i'm able to see doc's secret plan, so..........

In order to unlock some quests other quests must be completed.

Make sure that you have the stage unlocked that the quest takes place in.
