The following is a portion of a message sent via e-mail to me and Quo. Chaos requests that help be provided to solve his problem. It is in the interest of not only Chaos, but also in the interest of anyone wishing to view our Max stats guide, that the issue be addressed as quickly as possible.

Are you guys able to access PSOW?? I go there and the home page pops up, and when I click on something, it says "Unable to query db". I konw I got a PM, because the thing on the home page of PSOW said one new message, so I'm guessing its just my computer. But its wierd, cuase both of my computers can't go to PSOW. Usually I can only access the homepage, but half the time, it says "Unable to query db" for that also.

Any ideas as to the cause of Chaos' predicament are welcome. Thank you all for your time and attention. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_yes.gif

Thanks Rico. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

For some reason, one of my comps is letting me come to this site today. The other one still says "Unable to query db" whenever I try to go to PSOW. Or it might let me visit the homepage, but if I click on anything, it says "unable to query db". I'm guessing that means "Unable to query database", but don't quote me on that.

I think it has something to do with logging in and your logged status, because I was able to access PSOW without any problems from my dad's computer (which he hardly ever lets anyone use but he usually lets me since I'm the oldest) and I logged in on that one, and then exited and tried the two kid's computers (there's six kids and my family, that's why there's 2 for the kids). And the one I'm on right now decided to start working. I'm not sure if that's why though.

I don't know if it's relevant, but they both (the comps) started not working on tuesday night, california time (I think's called Pacific something Time).

Any help would be appreciated.

It happens. Reload usually works. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

That and if its just a random thing on your PC, try clearing the cookies that helps too usually. If it's a server issue just wait a few minutes and it usually clears it self up.

This is an error when the script cant connect to the mysql database in question. These things happen, and as suggested, leave it a while, it usually resolves in a while.
