V2 Quests?

ok, I'm really confused about the PC V2 quests. I was looking in the guides section and it says that you can get Chameleon Scythe from the Famista Cup (or somthing) however in the quest guides it says that the Famista Cup is on;y available on GC and Xbox =S

The cup in the dreamcast one is different than the one in GC. I personally like the DC one better. You get the toy hammer/Chameleon Scythe/Samba Marracas from it in the Dreamcast one after collecting alot of badges from doing the quest alot. In the GC one it takes place in EPII, with no rewards of what I remember.
