But seriously, check all the settings etc and be sure they are right... it took a day to figure mine out but now its perfect. Also, what connection are you on? We use Pixius....

Ya, I have a Comcast Linksys and it works just fine - perhaps it would be a matter of just...getting a new one? I don't know, maybe I should just contribute something worthwhile...
