I was hoping that maybe pso proxy would increase the quality over the donut client, but I was wrong.

Other than using another tv, or recreating my chars on psopc, (which I can't get to work) is there any way to get better quality screenshots with GC pso?

If you are using PSOProxy and the in-game snapshot feature, a better TV will not do anything.

There are some modifications you can do in the PSOProxy:
In the files named "proxy"

[snapshot]
dir=snapshots/
vdir=/snapshots/
gamma=1.200000
sharpness=0

One way to improve is use a different copy of the game. PSOGC-PAL and PSO+ supposedly take much better snapshots than PSOGC-US and PSOGC origional JP.

cool thanks. Maybe I can play around with the sharpness a little, since I can edit most other elements in my photo-editing program.
