character bank in fan works not stickeyed.

like the title says, the character bank in FW isnt stickied nor is it locked.

is there a reason behind this or are you letting the thread die...?

the previous char bank was too old, thus it was retired..
& due to many of the original authors aren't around to update or continue, the list is less useful
also, we have a bit too many stickies in FW already.. freeing up 1 make it lighter http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

edit: actually it's a bump by 1 of our new members..
should've been down to page 5 or 7 by now, it was last posted some 2 months ago >.<
