Quests in "[ ]" are only available once certain other quests are unlocked. E.g. 'From the Depths' is only available after completing 'Doc's Secret Plan'.

Err, given that I can't actually play the thing at the moment, I can't put it up myself, but if you could, could you add on the offline listings as well for everyone? I know DarkSun (I think) did a picture with the translations, but it would probably help for there to be a listing in a thread as well.
