It can be, but you might want to wait for hell to freeze over first. With only one Gi Gue in the Seaside area, your chances of finding it offline are very slim, but not impossible. My old buddy Delwyn found one offline on his first run through CCA, opening up all the episode 2 areas on Ultimate. He's the only person I know of that has found one offline though.

Man, you people answer these to fast

Please check the stickies and guides before posting another question like this.

It was already answered in my sticky (http://www.pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=84571&forum=7&0). The 7th bullet down.

There are very few weapons actually avaliable online only. That I know of these are what's obtainable online only:

Any mag cell
Any Holiday Rappy drop
Striker of Chao (need a chao mag of ttf runs)
Ragol Ring (need an online quest)
Any online S-Rank weapon

Don't forget Flame Garment, although that will change once PSO Plus is released.

Yea, once PSO+ is released, it will be a happy day for us offliners. I will have a decent (well, not decent, but do-able) shot a sealed j-sword, 4 god/abilites, and several other items that were not worth hunting offline before.

What is the drop rate for it, anyway?

Also offliners can't get anything that requires a PD upgrade like Snow Queen, BKB, Safety Heart, and the upgraded Virus armors.

And that is obvious because that shop have something to sell on certain holidays, and as that got set up online it won't work like that offline. Also, there are some volume disks that still aren't available.

Also, Sonic Team kinda has to keep something online only. If they take everything and put it online, there's a huge possibility that some of the players will just stop playing, and if that happens, their goes their money right out the window.

Heh, hey, you can send it to me or someone your memory card by postal mail so that I can get whatever it is you want from Gallon's Shop as long as you do have enough PDs (if you need a little bit more, I do have 21) because I do have online. A black-blue stone is what you're wanting, correct?

Heh. I'd be more than willing to do that. I want to get rid of some of these damn PD's I have. They're taking up space, and are useless to me, and I'm sure in hell not gonna sell em. I hate photon drops. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_cry.gif
