Rare Drop rate problem

OK i have a problem. I need to know what causes the drop rate of rares to lower in the xbox version of this game.

Do Hacked wepons like J-swords or red rings couse it?
Do hacked %'s cause it? (such as the 127% wepons)
Hacked magss
Al rappys
Making 99 of items such as trimates, moons, starts ect.

Hacked mags and stacked items are thought to lower drop percentages. There's debate about whether or not whacked weapon's do, but many people think that they don't.

From what I've gathered, hacked mags and stacked items are the two biggest no-no's as far as drop rates are concerned.

Also say I made the gmae and had no hacked mags or 99 itmes with me, but then someone joined who did will rares still apper?

no cheats dont effect to drop rate. i can tell you more but im tp lazy now. pm me for more info.
