Yikes! MSN issue?

Well this isnt a PSO related problem SO i figured it belongs here. Do any of you MSN users expereince this problem?

MSN has been recently asking me to install a "Updated" MSN. Well it looks like This. (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v26/Snoopychan/Eh1.jpg)

Since i dont want to wait for installation blah blah i say "Dont remind of this again" and then i get. That! (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v26/Snoopychan/Eh2.jpg)

Well I know for sure that if a newer file is being downloaded to repace an older file on your pc, your virus checker can pick it up as being 'malicious' (After all, it could be a hacker sending a bad .exe with a virus or trojan in...). Usually if it's from the host site (i.e. microsoft, in this case) there should be no worries...

I'm still not sure why that's appearing when you tell them not to remind you again though >.>

MSN6?! My friend has MSN 9 and he recently has serious issues. Not maslicious content, but other net related issues. Mainly disconnecting and freezing.
