Nope. Minibosses such as Gibbles, Gi Gue, and all of Mericol's forms are, however. As are all the exclusive monsters found in the Towers (Ill Gill, Del Lilly, and Epsilon). But that's as close to a boss as you're gonna get.

k but there is one ss rank card that looks just like the second bose from the mines called epsilion because it looks just like it

You cant have bosses... you can have:
Gibbles
Mericus
Merikle
Delbiter
Epsilon (mini-boss...)
Chaos Bringer
Il Gil
Dark Belra
Indi Belra

There's probly more, but these are NOT in the game, it seems:

Epsilon is the "boss" figure of the East and West Towers quests, not a Mines boss for your off topic information.
