whats the need to go online now because pso+ has most online stuff offline.

It has Central Dome Fire Swirl, The Towers (without the ability to use P Drops) and Seat of the Heart quest-wise. The Challenge Mode prizes for online and offline are different. So, really, yes, there is still quite a reason to go online with Plus.

nope, i heard it's the same as ep1 for weps, except the rings..

The game is called Phantasy Star Online. Think slowly about what the key component of the game is.
