Need help with stat raising on a Skyly Ramarl

I couldn't be happier with the name I've chosen for my future Ramarl. She'll end up being a Skyly, an ID I've become very familiar with on DC. My trouble immedietly begins since I hail from the DC. There is more planning involved and I'm not quite sure if what I want can be done.

I'm aiming for the Photon Blasts that will get me the Moose, Dolphin and Pilla. I'm aiming for the Bhirava or Varaha mags (whichever). While Skyly can get me them, it can also get me a Diwari. I'm very tempted by that mag, it looks awesome. Looks take top priority for me with mags.

I need help, I'm not sure how I should go about doing this. It becomes confusing when I want to max my Ramarl's stats.

ok i just finish a feedin plan for you ummm i feel nice and ill give it to you for free. y u may ask well im fellin nice. the mag will be 100% legit with legit chars and legit mesta. sooo what you think? please PM me.

I believe that thread addresses most of your concerns. Shows you how to max, as well as how to get any of the rare mags you want. Getting the PBs you want should be possible; it's just a bit tricky as it will probably require different characters and section IDs to acquire. It might be easier than that, but I am too lazy to check for you. Make sure to check out the link, though. Good stuff. Enjoy.

To tell the truth, mags hold a great deal of sentimental value to me. The mag I'm aiming to raise will be the main mag of my character, the one that is held in utmost regard.
