Exact number of PDs needed for P Booster

i looked at the guides and they don't give a specific photon drop count for the items you can get, so i wanna know exactly how many pds i need to get the photon booster

Offer a minimum of 45 and you will eventually be offered a Phton booster.
I thought the guide was quite clear.

Yes, several of the items on the guide can be gotten for far less than it mentions. Just takes a REALLY LONG time to get them to show up.

I don't remember what the guide says, but my friend said he got 3 of them for about 5-6 less than the guide says.... it is a very reliable source so I believe it.

He said he also got Red Barrier for less than 16. Something like 8 or 9.

Although what the gide says is true, The minimum amount required is a lower than what it says, thats all I know

I have got Parasite cell D with 10-12 i think at one point.. I know I didn't have 16 and it popped up so I took it.
