Question about Photon Blasts

How come I see Mags with out the first Photon Blast they get(Farlla) .. I don't understand how people can change what blasts they have, My mag has, Estlla, Farlla and Golla.. How do you replace photon blasts??

Actually, not ALL mags learn Farlla (the snake Photon Blast). If a Force raises a mag, it will learn Leilla (the healing fairy lady thing) at level 10. And if a Ranger raises a mag, it will learn Estilla (the dolphin one) at level 10. Only Hunter-raised mags will receive Farlla at level 10. After that, the other Photon Blasts a mag learns depend on what it evolves into, based upon the way its stats are raised. For more in-depth look at mag raising, you can always check out the guides:

Also - there is no way to change a Photon Blast once it is learned. A mag can only learn new, additional blasts until it has a total of 3. Once a mag has 3 different Photon Blasts, it is stuck with those 3 forever.
