Go to the network options for PSO. Enter your pc's IP address in the Proxy window and add 8080 for the port.

Now run PSO proxy on your pc and on your GC run PSO and select Website then wait for it to load to the "ENTER WEBSITE" screen. Press the A button and you'll get to a screen that asks you to click a button to upload your screenshot and afterwards you should see the screenshot displayed with a message saying it uploaded successfully. Now go into your PSO Proxy/Snapshots folder and it will be there.

Typically you need to use a Broadband connection and the capability to go online with both your GC and PC.

However you can do it without a Broadband connection if you have a BBA, a NIC card on your pc and a crossover cable (which will let the GC and PC communicate.) As an alternative, you can also use a USB card to transfer the snapshot files onto your PC in which case you can simply run PSO Proxy and drag and drop the files over it.

As a third option, you can have a friend run PSO Proxy on their PC and you would enter their IP address for the Proxy and 8080 for the port number. Then start PSO and click website and follow the steps I mentioned above (make sure your friend has PSO Proxy running when you go to connect.) After that the pic will be on your friends PC and he/she can email it to you. This is a great way for non networked and non Broadband users to use Pso Proxy http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

You need to use a crossover cable (not a standard ethernet cable) to connect your pc to your gc and have them communicate.

As for getting your IP, there are alot of ways to check it, but the easiest would be to go to WHAT IS MY IP. (http://www.whatismyip.com/)

Or, you can open a command prompt and type in ipconfig or you can go into your control panel and select NETWORK CONNECTIONS (which you can also get to by right clicking MY NETWORK PLACES and selecting PROPERTIES.) Then find your LOCAL AREA CONNECTION and double click it and select the SUPPORT tab.
