How many times did you see a character with the name from Dragonball Z? I know people like DBZ but I think it is a little funny seeing 500 people named Vegeta or Goku. It would make the game alot better having a more independent name. Remember, Im just saying.

I think we should all pick random words from the dictionary for our names >.>

Sonic Team should implement a name ID database. Once you create a character with a certain name, say it's "Sephiroth". That name will be registered in the data base and only one person can use that name. There could be one Sephiroth per character class. (After that character hasn't played online in say, 30 days, it gets removed from the database. Free for someone else to create that name for their character) It was just an idea, I know others would not like it because the name they'd want would be taken. Numbers after a name would not be allowed. That way you won't have Sephiroth999999s running around.

Immpossible since the game isn't online only. That would require side server saving and would probaly cost us more to play per month.

you know what side server saving would do... it would make like 90% NO cheating.. that would be AWESOME. i would pay up to 7$ a month give or take a dollar for server side saving. aaaawww how sweet that would be

Side server doesn't mean there won't be cheating, just it will be a slower process. People still cheat on games like Diablo and other side server games.

No, cuz my real name gives a crappy ID and theres that thing about parents not wanting kids to give out too much info about themselves (knows someone who can't give out their e-mail).

actually, with server side saving they can easily see if you are cheating and they can filter out things alot better. they do filter out cheats on Diablo II.

Last Saiyan was my first character from launch of vers.1, I never made a DBZ related name after that just because of the fact that there were too many Goku's and Trunks, and Gundams. I think the least creative name is +++ hehehe

My friend named his HUcast Bob#7. I have no idea why.

I've yet to see anyone else with my name, but I've been asked if I'm other people, because theirnames also contain the word "star," so...
