The hairline seems awkward because of the extrodinarily flatness of her head.

Looks more like a cross between Steve Buscemi's Mr. Pink (girly little man body) and Daryl Hannah's Elle Driver (the whole face and hair) than anything PSO related. Still great for MS paint, I suppose.
