i cant link to signup!!!

everytime i press the link to the signup page of BB, it comes up with some fuking thing like the website nolonger exist. and if i press the link in the japanese website, it says i need to enable a japanese enables browser, but i dont know what that is!

if there is no solution i can handle could some1 make me an account and tell me all the info, but dont make my character.

To change your options so that your browser is "JaJapanese Enabled", do this:

IE:

Tools
Internet Options
Languages
Add
Choose Japanese
Move to top

Firefox:

Tools
Options
General
Languages
Select Japanese
Move to top, its done
