Snapshot Problems

I can take and transfer snapshots to my PC just fine. The problem is that often I can't ever take a snapshot! The 4th controller (which is a Wavebird, but I don't think that affects this) lets me move the view around and zoom, but the camera box doesn't appear and I am unable to take snapshots. The seems to happen most at bosses and during quests.

Sometimes it will happen in lobbies, but I just have to turn the controller on and off for it to work.

Has anyone else experienced this?

You can't take snapshots during boss fights or quests when you are online. Offline, you can take a snapshot whenever.

If you want to be able to take pics of online boss fights and quests, you'll need a capture device (capture cards work well for that.)
