Since Will Ferral left, I've lost all hopes of watching the show. You can look at the man and just laugh by his expression. One of my favorite skit was when he played as a corporate boss and he was interviewing somebody when all of a sudden he snaps on his employees. He then comes up to Kris Katan's character and said, "I'm this close to raping you!!!" That was pure low brow comedy at it's best!!!

One of the funniest skits was the Blue Oyster Cult and Christopher Walken as there manager. And Will Ferrerl as the cow bell drummer, lol, that was great.

Kris Kattan used to be one of the funniest guy there but now he walked into the same road that Carrot Top took, just lame and annoying.

Ya know what though, find me a bad SNL skit and ill give you...nothing!

Pretty much all skits are funny, the best cast though, would have to be with Farley, Sandler, Spade, Hartman, Schneider, etc etc.

Trebec: and the answer is "this is a sound a doggie makes"

::connery buzzes:

Connery: Moooo...

Trebec: incorrect..

connery: but thats the sound your mother made last night!

::time runs out::

Trabec: and the show has reached a new low... We would have accepted Bow wow or Ruff..

Connery: thats how your mother likes it ... Rough!!!

I like the chu chu train one.

The one with:
Frank
Charlie
Karl

and Urcila wanted to join the group. They of course had the first letter of their name on their shirts, and since Frank was the leader, it would look a little something like this

Frank
Urcila
Charlie
Karl

I don't remember their names exactly, but those are close enough.

Butabi bros. aka the "Night at the Roxbury guys" sure it was a crappy idea for a MOVIE, but i just loved the socially inept, 80's fashioned bros trying to get some booty at clubs while bobbing their head to that infectious dance tune..

Also the skit they had for awhile where they have the fat guy, black dude and the impersonator one doing that keyboard song and singing really stupid lyrics

"i dont care what the mailman says, christmas is here to stayyyyy-ayyyyy!"

oh the Ace and Gary (ambiguously gay duo) skits were the BEST!

Tom Hanks, easily.

I don't even remember Dan Akroid hosting the show actually. :/

John Goodman hosted it the most I think. He did it like 6 times.

Mazarin

Jim Belushi doing his Joe Cocker imitation.

Eddie Murphy doing "Celebrity Hot Tub" as James Brown.

The whole Jim Carey(sp?) episode(Ride the Snake, Lifeguard)

But possibly my all time favorite:

Heather Locklear in the Racist Infomercial.

I just about died watching that one. You didn't think it could get worse, but it did, and it wouldn't stop.

"Call now, because you couldn't buy it cheaper off a drunken Indian!"

Heh. HAPPY FUN BALL! >.>

I also like the one with John Malkovich and how he thinks everything is mocking him.

Oh, and let's not forget that one with the italians in the bedroom. "You likea da juice, eh? Da juice is good, eh?" Hehehe.. That one was funny too.

Actually, there's like a ton of SNL skits I like. It's hard to pick a favorite. <.<

I thoroughly enjoyed the one where Jackie Chan hosted to promote Rush Hour Two. It's a nice twist because the fighting scenes are more realistic...however, the fighting scene between Ellen & Horacio & Will Ferrel in the restaurant is priceless. Jackie Chan rules!!
