Im not fussed about PSO+ hitting these shores.
I rarely play offline, and I've got more than my money's worth from PSO EpI/II.

Unlesws you're some crazy offline PSO fanatic, or don't own EpI/II, then in my opinion it's totally not worth it.

It says that most sigs are too big, because they are too big.
There is a section that gives the specifications for signatures. I believe the max size they can be is 38KB.
This is easy to achieve if you save your image as a GIF.

As for Plus in the UK, no date has been specified yet by Sega of Europe, so there's nothign official. We can only hope.
