the next Spiderman Movie

A friend and I were discussing this a while back, but what do you think would make a really cool Villan for the next spiderman movie?

Hm, I'm no fan of villains in Spiderman but Spiderman himself I guess. Whatever the villain will be in the next movie of Spiderman, I know I'll like the movie anyway.

Bah... not Venom. It just seems needless to have to introduce the Symbiote and all that.

Almost definitely the second Green Goblin will be in it. However, I'd bet there'll be another villain, appearing in a similar fashion to Doc Ock.

Like i said, i don't remember who Lord Kuda and i agreed on..Venom just sounds familiar x.x;;

I really have no idea who most of them are...i can't remember the old spiderman cartoon very well x.x;;

Venom and carnage would be awesome in the third movie but I heard that they agreed to make up to 4 movies so they may have the green goblin in the third and save venom and carnage for the final movie.

However, ForceEJ, I doubt Carnage will appear in any of the movies, as it's targeted towards a PG-13 adiaunce.

as much as i would love 2 venom in the third, after many drunken debates with my friends, it was agreed that venom won't be appearing in the next one.

here is the wildest theory our joint brain power came up with. spiderman 3 shall feature green goblin 2.... and the lizard.

if u remember in the cartoon, spiderman lost his powers before he began to mutate into the man spider. well in spiderman 2 he lost his powers for a while, fair enough they explained that it was because he was 'troubled' but bear with me. in the third he finds out it was because hes mutating. he goes to doc connors to get all fixed up.

in the meantime, harry aka green goblin is pretending to be his friend again ("oh peter im sure you had good reason to off my papa") and peter tells him about his efforts to get healed. or even not his friend, but he finds out and decides to go blow the place to shit.

just as spiderman turns up to get zapped by the magic genetic gun thingy, green goblin turns up and attacks. during the cross fire, doc connor gets zapped by the magic genetic gun thingy turning him into the lizard. que the rest of the film seeing spiderman zipping around trying to cure the lizard, while trying to reason with goblin 2 and lets face it trying to save mary jane while hes at it.

then at the end, peter proposes to mary jane, something hes been trying to do the whole film but keeps getting interupted by crimes and shit. she says yes. awwwwwwwww. then spiderman 4 begins with him web slinging his way to his own engagement party, late as usual. while there john jameson tells them hes 'happy for them' and how hes going into space again. que the venom story.

told you it was a wild theory.

[edit] oh yeah, its extremely unlikely that kingpin will be in any of the spidey flicks, as hes daredevils head bad guy. and lets hope that mystero doesn't show up. worst villian ever to appear in spiderman.

I think maybe Lizard-man could be a good villan if done right. Lizard-man is actually Peter's professer. When he tries to regenerate his arm (not sure if he lost it yet, he is missing it in the game version) he does succede, but shortly becomes the lizard-man due to mutations (not really sure why he mutates, not that knowelegable). If played right, it could be really good, esepically if he had to deal with him and greeen goblin 2 or hob Goblin.

I like the guy, and for someone who's may gig is messing about with Special Effects they could do some great stuff with him in a Special Effects laden film.

However i could see him only really being a second ringer character, turning up in the background.

I agree if anything is done and the crappy 2nd green goblin is the main villain in the next one they need to add another villain like mysterio or somenthing just for kicks because green goblin alone for the 2nd time would just suck... althou if the whole 4 movies thing is true they need to put venom in the last one hopefully theyll trow in the symboite *spelling* thing in the 3rd one when spidey changes suits to the black one http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif and all that and end the movie when the symboite falls on brock... that would be a hell of a ending and a teaser for the 4th movie http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
