What Free ISP's do ya'll use?

Hi, I'm having problems finding a free ISP that works for me. I have a whole slew of them but I haven't been successful with any so far. I came closest with prodigy but it kept saying the server was down.

Yeah, I'm just getting started playing again and I can't seem to find any ISP's that will work anymore. Can anyone help me or him out or do ya'll pay for ISP's now? Anyone know if Compaq would work?
