My main character is a Lv 134 Whitill HUcast. I was wondering what you guys think would be the best Shield and Armor for my character. I want to know the best, even if I am not high enough level to use it.

try using the item findings for whitill then compare the stats to see which one you prefer..

It all depends... Standstill shield and Electroframe are both cool and good, but check the guides next time...

As i just did this for somewhere else

Go for all the items I list below which is use or want and you'll be pretty set to go.

45 hit charge vulcans (after 50+ hit)
50 hit charge Partisan (good enough)
50 hit gush/40 hit charge Raygun (good enough)

Electro Frame/D parts 2.10 (good enough)
God arm
God arm
Elf Arm ++ (no need improve really)
God Battle (perfect/essencial)

Kasumi Bracer (want sparts 2.01 but amzingly good)

Vahuna (12/184/4/0) with M&Y (escential pb)

We aren't talking about wether or not a fucking concrete paving slab is [edit] or not. Since you have to wear the most insipid, dull, grey shield in the game because you are worried that your shield looks 'edit' or not and anything with the wrong colour or design in it might be seen as gay I'll assume you have a very volatile sexuality, probably as a result of being molested during your childhood. There is help available for this, my friend, but not on an internet message board.

You had to take that one literally didnt you? My post was kind of Ironic because its all about taste. Many find the standstill cool, many others find the Kasami bracer cool. And I find it pathetic that you are getting so damn upset about a freaking question of whether a shield is cool or not... Can we be friends now?

Its not THE coolest, shield in the game but it's the best out of the cool looking shields (like custom barrier and black gear).
Also the standstills are use by hucasts more and the spikey haired white suited humars use it more than the orange suited ones...lol
