Well, I just took the old one out, but I need a new one. Anyone know where I can find one?

i got mine from http://www.lan-kwei.com its $45 + shipping and they are reliable.

might as well buy a new dreamcast.
take the new GD-ROM drive out and put it in the old DC. (yes this way you don't have to call sega or something to go reset your PSO serial #, change ISP settings, etc.)
but hey, have it your way.
