around october they show themselves but dunno what date ST will decide to put the quest with them up.

O yeah those holiday rappies...do they show up offline too?

Nope. The are online only. If they weren't anyone could go hunting for them by just setting the GC clock to a holiday date.

Oh thats a shame...well are there any other holiday rappies besides Halloween, Easter, Valentine's Day and X-Mas?

Valentines Day doesn't have any special rappies. The Love Rappies are findable year round, online or offline. Online, the Love Rappies get exchanged for the holiday rappies during the three special times of the year; Halloween, Christmas, and Easter.
