well I have looked a little bit but I couldn't find an answer

so say for weapons like the guld milla or sange and yasha

well if say sange has 10 hit and yasha has 15 if you combine then would the hit be combined or would it just be the higher percent?

Oh no they don't! The percents that the final weapon combination will keep is whatever was on the item you had equiped. When you hit USE on the other item, it's percentages are lost in the combination. That's the way it works with the Guld Milla, that's the way it works with the Sange and Yasha. If it didn't work that way, then you could possibly get percentage poits in all five areas, and the weapon would become useless and banned online.

If a Sange do have 10% Hit for example, and use a Yasha with that Sange equipped, the %'s of the Yasha (if it have any) will not be added nor combined. The %'s of the Sange remains if using a Yasha with it, with the Sange equipped. If you have the Yasha equipped instead and use a Sange with it, the %'s of the Yasha remains. A weapon that is equipped & is going to be converted is going to keep the %'s. If you want a Sange & Yasha with good attribute %'s, it is best to pipe for a Sange till you got one with the %'s that is good enough for you as getting a single Yasha & getting one with great %'s takes much longer.

For Agito of 1975 converting into Orotiagito, the %'s won't pass on in the Orotiagito (causing it to be percentless). But you can add %'s with enough PDs in Gallon's Shop. However, an attribute of Hit cannot be added.
