Don't you think it might be more realistic if your surrogate cyber hero walked when shopping and banking?

Go ahead and walk if you want to. Just gently hold the control stick forward. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif (GameCube, don't know about other systems)

Don't you think it might be a lot more annoying and tedious?

Wow this is almost like spam...I like to walk in PSO.

I like walking because it makes me feel more badass. Besides, most walking animations with weapons look better than running. Swords are the best example. Carrying around a 6 foot long sword on your shoulder like its nothing is just cool. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Did you know it's possible to walk while shopping or banking?

Indeed. I like the way a HUnewearl holds a partisan when she's walking.

You should have been in Player Matchup during June/July... now THAT was out-of-place spam.

My chars strut when they feel the need. But, I being a quick shopper myself, get my aerobics done on Pioneer 2 as much as possible.

What would be the point in walking o.O
There's no point in walking somewhere when:
1. It requires more effort to hold the Control Stick slightly forward, rather than pushing it all the way forward.
2. It gets you where ever you want to go slower...

It's not about getting where you want to go faster, it's about style.

So, when you are online playing with others, you stop to think that running doesnt look cool.
So you stop and walk right?
Honestly, nobody online cares if you run or walk, and I don't see why the person controlling the char should either...

To me it seems as if you are saying, walking makes you look cooler, how did I miss the point?

On a side note, YAY 100th POST!!

What I meant was to the the player in their own mind it gives a cetain flavor to their character, not to other people. Others could care less. To add to that I like walking with a Hucast when he has a Sword or a katana in his hand, it just feels good.

I like walking in PSO but I hate walkign with the HUmar,HUcast, and the HUcaseal...HUcast and HUmar look like they are stiff as cardboard and HUcaseal looks like she has something up her ass >_> there are probably more chars. like that but those are the ones that came off the top of my head

I really LOVE walking with my RAcaseal...she looks...sexy haha

FOnewms walk funny with rods...

Could you imagine walking around looking for two Dimates then a Moon Atomizer, while having your friends running around in the Ruins? Yeah, it's bad enough the normal way of getting them all from three locations. The friends still manage to clear two rooms while you're on Pioneer 2.

Regardless, you do walk around to three locations in the shop while shopping. Isn't that good enough?

As for the bank... All the loot should be stuck in a single box anyway. Dang they can compact that loot pretty small.

Madam's Umbrella and Madam's Parasol are designed so they only look good when you walk. On BB, just press Numpad 1 and enjoy.
