I did it, my army of 18 Rati hit level 200. o.o;
I'll post a few quick pics I made. I should make more later, but I don't really feel like it now, after having done 20 mag levels today.
Their stats are 5/145/50/0, PB's Estlla, Mylla and Youlla, and Pilla, and all 18 of them have a different color; filling the whole possible mag palette together.

No; noone asked me to. Actually I don't know myself why I did. o.o;
It was something like a joke, or even a challenge to accomplish getting all colors. I haven't even thought about how to put them to use yet. My FOnewearl doesn't melee and uses her 187-MIND pink Kumara, my HUnewearl uses PB/Creates, and wants the 188-POW soon-to-be-a-Sonichi Marica (forgot color, but for the Sonichi invincibilities), and my Racaseal doesn't really need accuracy that badly, and would do better with her purple 187-POW Pitri. :/

So maybe I could use them for fashion, on a new character, or on one of these just for fun (I could go to the dressing room and choose a new appropriate Rati http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif). But until then, they're for showing off / trading / taking-up-space-in-my-bank purpose. ^ ^;

And one of the other reasons of me making all of them, was a topic earlier; noone could agree what color Rati looked best. So I was like "well, why wouldn't I try making all of them if I want to make one anyway?"
So I did. I'm still not sure which 'looks best', they're just different. They can look quite good on a character, assuming the character has some shiny attribute or something in the same color as the Rati. (Aura Field / Electro Frame? Yamato / Meteor Cudgel? Safety Heart or even pom-poms?)

Edit: Well. I would trade em, but not easily; and preferably not one at a time, especially considering I don't need many things. As in: I don't like random Hu weaps like everyone else does. :/
Maybe I'd end up trading all of them for an Inv G or something, or some other nice (Force?) rare. u.u;

Hehe. I'm not sure really. But anyway, I just use light attacks on her. o.o;'
But I know. I will make her a Nidra sometime. It should look ok on her, needs no cell, has invincibility, needs to have dex, and has a cool feeding chart.
The problem is more like, I don't play her unless I really have to. -_-;
