This is Clair, Kuda's second Android creation.

Clair has the unique ability to cast Resta, Reverser, and anti. her attack and defense lack, but she makes a good nurse under her sweet schoolgirl appearance.

You know the funny thing is that "Foca" in spanish is Seal, and adding seal to the end... :S Seal seal? Gah.
