God damn those guild cards

While in the lobby, I accidently gave my card to a person who plays with dupes! http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif (i'm a legit player who only plays with legits) and won't stop sending me mails saying come play with me (he is 12 btw). There is a 'block' function in Chat to prevent people contacting you. I have never used it, but I assume it is for this very purpose.

Is this in the GC and X-Box versions or is this only specific to the PC/BB versions? Would be a nice feature if it was available on all new versions.

BB does have a block feature same as gamecube/xbox. Dunno about the other PC one since I never played it.
