Hitogata Question.

I know I know... I ask alot of questions... But I would rather be informed then dumbfounded... So this question is about the Hitogata card weapon.

Ive checked the item findings and the rare weapon list and have not seen a single drop rate for the thing...

Anyone got a drop rate on this thing? I would love to scout one out and replace my Mahu. Thanks in advanced LD.
