Ok,
I still dont have my billing entered into PSOBB but I am playing free till level 20 or whatever... well... there was this guy on PSOBB that was level 26, and had a needle, and tons of HP mats.. that seems hard for him to have, seeing its "hacker-proof" and all.

Nothing is hacker proof, things designed by humans will always have flaws bulit in.
