S-beat arms and Delsabers right arm?

Hi I found this 2 on a run through the game what do I do with them????

As I just found out, you first have to do the "Doc's secret plan" quest and then the "Unsealed Door" quest with the arms in your inventory to change them into weapons. You have to talk to the Force outside during the second quest.

What I would really like to know now is: Where are those quests? At which level (caves, mines etc.) do they become available and are they part of the first or second set of quests? The forest at least has quests that only pop up after you've done all the first quests.
