FanArt: FOmar at Heart

Well, this is the first time I've ever posted in Fan Works...to my knowledge. So I just wanted to ask; Can we post fanart of, say, other video game and anime characters?

Anyway, this has been a long time coming. I don't know why I never sumbitted my fanart before, but I guess it was because I was too lazy. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

I know I left a lot of the detail, on the robe, out...but I think it looks just as good. I also took out that whole chest piece, thing. I thought he'd look a lot better without that huge chunk of metal and it also makes him look more like a mage or a wizard. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_yes.gif

I originally planned to include a Fanfic with the picture, but sadly I suck at making up stories. All that can really be said about his story is: he is a Mage, his future and mind are clouded, he is truely powerful only with his Psycho Wand, and his brother Raziel (a ramar) is a bounty hunter that has been hired to hunt ShadowMage down before he can re-awaken Olga Flow's great "sword of power".

The story has been thought over several times, and I like it and all, but I'm just not a story-teller. So there won't be any "real" fanfic...at least not for the time being.

I won't post everything, but I will post a few things now and then. And I will even throw in the occassional 5-10 minute sketch here and there.

Also, I just started the fanfic for my story: "FOmar at Heart".

Yeah, I used the promo(?) picture of "Break" as a reference. Although I left out a bunch of the robe's detail and I changed some of the color scheme. It's suppose to resemble my pso character more, if I could actually, fully customize his wardrobe. >_<

Here it goes, the first chapter of the fanfic. This is a little short, but oh well.

"FOmar at Heart"

Prologue

On an planet, just off the coast of the spiral rift, laid a God of legend. A power so dark it corrupts even the purest of hearts. A power known only as "Olga".

Although he was defeated by the ancestral warriors 200 years ago, his spirit still remains. With his power ever growing, he summons an unwitting warrior to claim his ultimate weapon...the great sword of destruction, the "Olga Flare".

The power of this blade is like no other. In one fell swoop, an entire population could be wiped out. Armies would literally crumble beneath the ashes. No force could oppose the wielder of this blade. And only death can come from such a weapon.

There is but one warrior that can pull out the blade from the cold heart of "Olga". He is a fearsome and determined lad named, "Kino". There is little known of his past other than, his home planet "Thaar" was ravaged by a fleet of mercenaries. There were only a few survivors on that fateful day. But little did Kino know, that one of them was closer to him than he could have possibly imagined.

*975 X.0. year 3*
*present day*

*Pioneer 7 deck*


"We've located a small vessel approaching Ragol." -admiral Tel
"What...that's a restricted zone. Contact the ship immediately." -principal Grevor
"We can't sir, they've jammed their communications." -admiral Tel
"If we can't communicate through words, then we'll have to do it through force. Engage the auto-turrets." -principal Grevor

"Sir, he's headed for a remote island in sector 12." -admiral Tel
"What, he'll be out of range within minutes." -Grevor

*scene skips to man walking up to platform next to principal Grevor*

"Could it be...could he be headed for the Dark Chamber? Wait a minute, I recognize that ship." -Vandar

Could this really be him, or is this another illusion. No, he won't trick me again. -Vandar

"Prepare a ship Admiral. I'm going after it." -Vandar

"You don't have authorization to land on Ragol. You're a bounty hunter, not the secret police. Relay that order Admiral." -Grevor

"I was hired by the Imperial Government, your government. My job is hunt down the "chosen", and that's just what I'm gonna do. Get in my way, and you may find yourself in a new profession...Principal." -Vandar

"You heard the man Admiral. Prepare his ship. He will be leaving immediately." -Grevor

"I knew you'd see it my way, Principal." -Vandar

*Vandar flies off of the landing port soon after, leaving us with the image of his ship drawing ever closer to the planet of Ragol*

Thus, the adventure begins.


Well, I should have Chapter 1 up in a day or two. But, there's only going to be about 5 or so chapters. I'm not too big on story telling. >_<

Unfortunately... it's nothing but dialogue.

I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but you must either give descriptions inbetween the spoken words, or spice up the dialogue itself.

It's like a play... is that what you want?
