I have seen both of the Towers, although it might just have been my imagination, but I think I saw a third one... I'll check that later.

You can do it on normal with 3 lvl 200s (excluding you of course) and you'll get 4 coins.
In ultimate 3 lvl 200s (excluding you again) will get you 4 coins.

It doesnt change, it's all based on the amount of people in the game
