I've seen that before on another Forum. A lot of people were from the UK there, and apparently, it's an actual TV show in Britain. Sort of like how we (Americans) have a crazy old dude who wears sweater-vests and likes to talk to model trains, the British have this. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Apparently, though this was a legitimate children's show in the UK, this episode was never aired (for obvious reasons). They later released this footage as sort of a gag on a popular British late-night TV show just because it was so damn hilarious!

Rainbow was extremely popular in the early to late 1980's, I always used to watch it as a child ^_^ I can't believe they actually got away with that episode!
