Didnt see Flowen

Me and my friend went through seabeds and fought olga flow with our red weapons but we didnt see Flowen when we came back...do u have to be online or sumthing..or do we have to be at a certain difficulty

Are you sure you didnt unequip your weapon or anything??

make sure you did not change wep or unequip after the fight, otherwise, no flowen!

I thought beating seeing flowen with a red weapon worked purely online only?
