From what I can tell, this says that Safety Heart should NOT have variable stats. If I remember correctly, made armors all had the same stats (all made Aura Fields would be equal, same with Brightness Circle). Seeing as Safety Heart is only obtainable from Invisable Guard and Heart Key, it would be logical to assume that ALL Safety Heart would be the same.
But that isn't the case.
107 dfp/ 250 evp = PSOW
106 dfp/ 248 evp = Base Minimum
106 dfp/ 253 evp = My legit one
So, what.. Shields add onto the previous form's stats?
