is there a way to keep track of the number of monsters you've killed the sealed j-sword? besides like, recording it in real life.

solo. all the time.
and dont do forest / seabed. its not clear how moths and recons count in.

all the areas / variations have fixed enemyspawns. you just have to calculate them together.

My question is, besides knowing how close you are to unsealing, does it really matter if you keep count of the kills you made with the SJS? I mean, you can kill more then the needed amount if you don't keep track, right?

No, you have to kill the EXACT amount otherwise your characters gets corrupted. XP

Yea but people are unsure as to how much it is to unseal it or whether it is kill counts to unseal it at all. If you could keep coun that would be nice.
Also what does XP mean?
