this has never happened to me before. (though ive heard of similar things happening)

a few short hallways from Olga in Seabed Lower and a dam Dolmolm bishslapped me off the edge and into the floor. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif

i wasted the little sucker with a few techs, but i was stuck here for good.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v487/Deus13000/h4xx0r.png

looks ulgy resized but maybe you can se it a bit clearer.

if you look at the map you can tell exactly where i am, under the platform in one of those 2 level corner rooms.

the floor is invisible under my feet. you can see the water that under the glass floors there. you can also see the normally hidden 1/2 of the weeds that grow on the walls in Seabed.

i had to Quit and Save. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_mad.gif

yeah i couldve walked it. but my feets was tired! http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

i did pipe out and back to see if i could change positions, but that wasnt gonna work.

i guess i shoulda said that save and quit was the only option that i was willing to put up with at that point. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

I dont think so. You can go into the "hidden room" in Ruins 3 and set a pipe. It won't FSOD you and it seems to be the same deal, here, just a clipping issue.

This hidden room (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/Skorpius/hiddenroom.jpg)

but you can get in and out of that one in the Ruins no?

nah no FSOD. i piped out and back no prob.

EDIT* hm no maybe you have to pipe out of that ruins glitch thingy...

Heh, reminds me of the time I got stuck behind a switch in Heat Sword and had to wiggle my way out.

Hmm, I think you can just walk out of the Ruins wall one. Kind of like how you don't get stuck in the one in Falz's field, lol.

...One glitch I've had I've never seen anyone mention is playing around with the camera angle using the 4th controller up against the wall between the shops and bank in Ep2, and having it somehow glitch to outside the wall, affording a lovely view of the outside of the adjacent rooms and stars. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif Pity I didn't think to actually take a snap, I had the wrong memory card in anyway, and it was before we got this computer. You could have piped back up to Pioneer 2... and then go back to the teleporter on P2 and walk to said point you got stuck from the beginning of Seabed Lower Level ya know.

That's almost as strange as the handgun that tekked into a monofluid and crashed me. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Yeah, PSO, like all other games, has its share of bugs and glitches.

New Av?

He said that he wasn't willing to go through all that again; so the save and quit was the only option he was able to put up with.

About the room:
My point, which was stated, was that you can pipe out of it without FSOD, and it's the same "glitch", which is a clipping issue. :/

Ian: My friends and I, before we got our BBAs, used to do that offline multi XD and watch someone run in circles out in space.

From what I know...
Your feet tired is usually experienced when cheaters//hackers use walk through walls hack to walk to areas that are like backgrounds or totally out of bounds... (eg. Ruins 1 the ancient civilization view, attempting to walk around there is difficult and you feel a force pushing against you)

Either way its quite similar to walk through walls hack but you just found a bug instead of engineering it.

I got stuck on the doorway in the big room before Dark Falz... really sucked, because I was going into the room, set the controller down and then kicked it with my foot... ran right into a the side of the door and got stuck floating in the air.

No screen shot, but it was strange.. and walking back through Ruins 3 was boring.
